① Wearing masks (customers)

Please be sure to wear a mask (*) when using the service to alleviate the anxiety between customers.

However, this excludes customers who have reasons why it is difficult to wear.
We may refuse the use of customers who do not wear masks, or customers who are not in good physical condition such as fever,
or may change the content of the service provided.

② Preliminary temperature measurement and health status confirmation (customer)

Please measure the temperature in advance.

If you have a fever or are not feeling well due to coughing, etc., please contact your business office. We may be able to change the content of the service and provide the service.

 

③ Restrictions on visits

For the time being, we will refuse visits at all business establishments.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

④ Correspondence to customers who come to the facility

As a general rule, we will respond to customers and vendors who come to the facility at the entrance.

In addition, when entering the facility for urgent inspection or repair of facility equipment, please check your physical condition, measure your body temperature, and wear a mask (*).
