- 03Certification of long-term care required (including certification of support required. The same is true below. ) can use the service. If you have not yet received a certification for long-term care, you will need to apply for certification of long-term care at the window of your municipal office.
- 04Whether or not you can bring in items depends on the type of luxury goods and the office you use. In addition, please refrain from handing it over to other users. All offices operated by Medical Care are entirely non-smoking on the premises. In addition, "commuting" services are available for small-scale multifunctional in-home care. Day services are spent according to the timetable set by the office, but small-scale multifunctional in-home care "commuting" allows users to spend their time according to their own lives. You can choose from a wide range of use such as day-round use, meal only, or bathing only. It is also possible to combine accommodation "overnight" and "visit" as needed.

- 11Human relationships with other users have a large impact on the comfort of the facility, so we take care to help you get used to it as quickly as possible through your daily life. - 13To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, all our facilities are limiting face-to-face visits to 15 minutes or less. We kindly ask for your understanding. - 14There is no curfew, but the entrance door will be locked at 8:00 PM. From the viewpoint of security, in principle, outings only by the user at night are restricted. - 15The items you need to bring will vary depending on the type of service you use, but we ask that you prepare the following. We recommend that you bring items that you are familiar with. • Clothing (approximately one week's worth, front-opening recommended) • Toiletries (toothbrush set, hairbrush, razor, etc.) • footwear • Regular medication • A teacup that feels familiar and comfortable in your hand. Any other necessary items will be explained to you by our representative before you move in.
- 16The our facility will receive the items, and a staff will hand them over to the residents. Please be sure to include the recipient's name in the address. If the recipient is unknown, our staff may open the package.
- 17We provide transportation between your home and our office. We can also arrange transportation for medical appointments or shopping trips if you contact us in advance. The scope of coverage may vary depending on the service you use, so please ask your representative for details.
- 18Yes, it is possible. Please inform our staff in advance if you will be going out or staying overnight elsewhere. We will confirm your expected return time and destination. For security reasons, we restrict residents from going out alone at night. Furthermore, we may restrict outings for those who have concerns about going out alone. Thank you for your understanding.
